Gynecologic Care

Women's healthcare through every stage of life

You don't need to wait until something feels wrong to see your OB/GYN. Gynecologic care includes prevention as well as evaluation and treatment of new symptoms or concerns. At Trillium Medical Group, we want you to feel comfortable asking questions, even when they feel personal or difficult to discuss.

Depending on your needs, care may include:

  • Routine gynecologic visits and well-woman care
  • Cervical cancer screening
  • Menstrual concerns, including irregular or heavy periods
  • Pelvic pain or discomfort
  • Contraception and family planning
  • Sexual and reproductive health
  • Vaginal or vulvar concerns
  • Breast health discussions
  • Preconception counseling
  • Perimenopause and menopause care

When should I see an OB/GYN?

Consider an appointment if you are due for preventive care, notice a change in your cycle, have pelvic or vaginal symptoms, have questions about contraception or reproductive health, or simply want to discuss a concern. Some symptoms may require more urgent evaluation; contact the office if you are unsure what type of visit you need.

Pregnancy and prenatal care

Our office provides preconception counseling, prenatal visits, screening discussions, testing, and office ultrasound as appropriate. We can help you understand what to expect and answer questions as your pregnancy progresses. Dr. Williams provides prenatal office care and works closely with an experienced, board-certified OB/GYN who has privileges at Los Robles Hospital and provides delivery care in its Labor & Delivery Unit. Our team will discuss your delivery plan with you to support continuity from prenatal visits to hospital care.

Perimenopause, menopause, and hormone care

Menstrual changes, hot flashes, sleep concerns, and other symptoms can affect daily life. Your clinician can review your history and discuss options, including hormonal and non-hormonal approaches when appropriate, so you can make an informed decision. Menopause care can also connect with primary care and weight management when those needs are part of your broader health picture.
